A price list with timelines
Four kinds of renovation in rows, like a cost estimate: what the work includes, how long it takes for a typical size and what it starts at. Prices in złoty per square meter or for the whole bathroom.
A quiet-luxury website that shows prices, timelines and what will be left of the old interior, instead of empty phrases.
Strop is a made-up studio in Toruń that renovates tenement apartments and old houses. The site has the feel of an interior design studio: big photos, serif headings and square buttons. Instead of a row of numbers and three identical cards, though, it has a real price list with timelines, three projects with key facts, a list of what the studio saves and what it replaces, the steps from site visit to handover and a request form.
This is a concept project. Strop is a made-up business, but the website really works: you can click through it on desktop, tablet and phone. The forms do not send data anywhere. It was designed for a Polish business; here you see its English version.
Renovation company websites promise “comprehensive services” and “attention to detail,” but never say what it costs or how long it takes. Clients have to call to find out anything at all.
The scope of work is a price list in four rows: what the renovation includes, how long it takes for a typical size and what it starts at. Above it, one sentence says what the price covers and what the client buys separately.
Clients know whether it fits their budget before they book a visit, and the studio does not waste time on calls that go nowhere.
Owners of old apartments fear that the crew will strip everything down to the brick. Generic photos of nice interiors do not ease that fear.
Every project has a fact box: year built, area, renovation time and what was left of the old interior. A separate section lists what the studio saves (ceilings, floors, doors, lime plaster) and what it always replaces (wiring, pipes, waterproofing under the bathroom).
The site speaks the language of the trade, so it builds trust better than slogans about passion.
Quiet-luxury websites easily turn into a template: a dark photo, italics, a row of numbers and a carousel of reviews.
A bright first screen with a photo of lime plaster, a headline where the italics carry meaning (we keep versus we replace), and one carefully made animation: the photo is revealed like limewash being spread. Real photos from Unsplash instead of renders.
The site looks like the brand of one specific studio, and despite the photos and the animation it scores 100 in PageSpeed on phone and desktop.

A large photo, and next to it the building, area, renovation time and what was left of the old interior. Three projects in different sizes, no carousel.
Two columns: what the studio repairs and what it always replaces, each item with one sentence of explanation. A dark olive section splits the page in half.
Google Lighthouse test of the project’s home page, October 2026. The home page weighs 220 KB including photos and fonts. The score can vary by a few points with every test. Check it yourself in PageSpeed Insights
